Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed independent social worker and/or counseling individual for our Adult Mobile Response Team. This individual will provide crisis intervention and counseling services to adults and families in various community settings throughout Marion & Crawford Counties, Ohio. This position will be located at our office in Marion, Ohio. The hours will vary from 10:00am to 10:00pm, Mondays - Fridays; however, multiple shifts are available.

- Pay range is $55,000 - $65,000 based on licensure and experience

Duties of Adult Mobile Crisis Counselor:
- Dedicated crisis counselor for adults in crisis.
- Provide Travel throughout Marion & Crawford Counties to provide crisis assessment/intervention, safety planning, and follow up care.
- Provide brief intervention along with ongoing assessment and linkage to services.
Qualifications of Adult Mobile Crisis Counselor:
- Masters with LSW or LPC
- 2 years' or more experience working in the behavioral healthcare field
- Eligible for or have an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
- Have/maintain an excellent driving record
Preference given to candidates with:
- Work experience with adults and families in community behavioral health or crisis intervention setting
- Experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care
