Chief Officer of Trumbull - Mahoning Counties

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health, aspires to improve the health and mental wellness of our communities through compassionate, evidence-based services and support. We seek a Chief Officer to organize, develop, and lead the clinical services delivered in Trumbull and Mahoning Counties, which includes psychiatry, case management, peer services, outpatient therapy, crisis services for adults and youth (Mobile Response Stabilization Services/MRSS), and Residential services. Duties include cultivating service growth, development, providing leadership, clinical and administrative supervision, as well as planning, implementing, and monitoring budgets. This position is an in-office job located in Warren, Ohio and a second location in Youngstown, Ohio.

Job Description Duties:

• Develop, grow, innovate, streamline, and provide oversight to current and future clinical services.
• Participation in Clinical Council, Compliance, and best practice meetings
• Participates in continuous improvement structure and guidelines for certification of services and buildings.
• Organize, review and recommend policies and procedures.
• Complete personnel management via clinical and administrative supervision as well as performance evaluation monitoring
• Plan, implement, and monitor financial income and expense statements and meet goals for product contribution annually.
• Engage in review and development of annual budget.
• Monitor key deliverables with grants.
• Meet with community organizations, partners, and collaborators both locally and on a state and national level.
• Maintain attendance and responsibilities to committees, board meetings and other commitments with the Trumbull County Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Board.

Qualified Candidates for Chief Officer

• Master's Degree, LPCC-S or LISW-S with 5 years supervisory experience in behavioral health
• Must have NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
• Special consideration for those with senior-level leadership or experience managing multiple sites
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Candidates holding an LPCC or LISW license with relevant experience and qualifications may be considered.
