Customer Relations and Parts Advisor
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer service experience to customers both over the phone and over the counter.
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
- Pick and stage parts for customer orders
- Pick up returns
- Check in and stock daily inventory orders
- Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
- Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist in store inventory processes
- Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
- Drop off weekly / monthly sales flyer
Essential Job Skills - Experience
- Must have knowledge of automotive systems.
- Working knowledge of automotive systems, and diagnostic ability to include: internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, etc.
- Ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management
- Valid Drivers License with good driving record is a necessity
- Must be able to adherd to point based attendance policy
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to understand and execute instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to complete basic math accurately: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work an assortment of days and weekends as needed 40 hours per week. Store hours Monday - Friday 7:30-5:30 and Saturday 8:00 am - Noon.

- Prior automotive parts experience
- Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
