What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Corporate Counsel position at Coleman|Nourian?
We are seeking a lawyer with 8 years, ideally from both a law firm and in-house, and with experience in commercial transactions and regulatory compliance, including experience with privacy regulation, data retention, and corporate governance. This lawyer’s responsibilities will include developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures and compliance programs, handling corporate governance matters, assisting with litigation and managing outside counsel, and leading operations initiatives and projects. This position reports to the GC. Although there is no prescribed promotional path, there are future opportunities within the company, including the management of junior staff.
This position requires three days a week in the office.
