Sales Manager

What You'll Own
- Full responsibility for driving sales volume, gross profit, and CSI at the Streetsboro location
- Desking deals, managing the sales floor, and closing with your team every single day
- Recruiting, developing, and holding accountable a team of salespeople who share your standard of excellence
- Building and executing a process that produces consistent, repeatable results month after month
- Managing inventory, pricing strategy, and turn to maximize profitability
- Working hand in hand with F&I to ensure every deal is structured for maximum performance
- Creating a culture where accountability and results aren't negotiable
Who We're Looking For
- A proven leader with a verifiable history of building or turning around a dealership's sales operation
- Someone who leads from the front. You're on the floor, in the deals, and setting the pace.
- Deep understanding of desking, deal structure, inventory management, and sales process
- Ability to recruit and retain top-performing salespeople
- Experience with Tekion or similar DMS platforms
- Someone who doesn't make excuses and doesn't accept them from others
- A competitor. You keep score. You hate losing more than you love winning.
