JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Marketing Coordinator for Cole West, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s efforts to promote the Cole West brand. This position requires a blend of creativity, digital proficiency, and operational support to implement and monitor marketing initiatives effectively.

DUTIES:
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives via various digital channels
- Work with Marketing Team to plan, organize, and execute all Community Events, including occasional evening and weekend commitments
- Weekly field visits to all coming soon and actively selling communities to ensure all signage is effective
- Work with Direct Report on all signage and flag opportunities both offsite and onsite to drive traffic to our website and communities
- Code all marketing invoices and department credit card expenses for approval on a weekly basis
- Assist with capturing on-site photo and video content at active and coming soon communities to support social media, email, and website
- Coordinate with partners for home photoshoots, furniture staging, cleanings, and related activities.
- Assist in updating marketing collateral to ensure effectiveness and accuracy
- Support model home setups, ongoing maintenance, and field activities as needed.
- Ensure sales offices and model homes are presented professionally and equipped with appropriate signage.
- Attend weekly marketing meetings and contribute to agenda creation.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Mailchimp
- Good judgement, decision making and forward thinking
- Must be efficient, detail oriented and a quick learner
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor, ability to work as a team
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to engage in manual labor tasks as needed to support marketing and event activities.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
