We are currently looking for a RBT Certified Graduate Student who has at least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism to become a part of our Cole Health team where your days are centered around your passions, growth aspirations and extreme job satisfaction. Become part of the Cole Difference .
Experienced candidates will be given an RBT Competency Exam to determine starting pay rate based on their experience before being hired. All RBTs will have their competency levels re-assessed every 6 months. There are 6 levels of RBT competency, each one comes with additional responsibilities/growth and pay.

- Supportive Clinical Setting:
- Collaborate with on-site Speech, OT, and PT therapists.

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting (ages 18 months–8 years)
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Track progress and collect data to support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living
- Assist BCBAs with caregiver training, clinical documentation, and data review
- Participate in indirect supervision activities like literature reviews, team meetings, and individualized programming
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary, values-based team rooted in patient-first care and service from the heart
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active RBT Certification
- Experience working with children, ideally in early intervention or special education
- Reliable transportation and a flexible, collaborative mindset
