Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Coral Gables, FL. The position involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about market trends. While the role is primarily location-based, some flexibility for working from home is available. This is a commission-based position with no ceiling; the sky is the limit based on your production.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate practices
- Experience in Real Property and Real Estate transactions
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet targets
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of the Coral Gables, FL real estate market is a plus
- Proficiency with real estate technology tools and CRM software is an advantage
