Compensation is annual salary of $62,000-$65,000 PLUS signing bonuses and commissions of $5,000 to $15,000 each year! Our Property Management company is looking for a Long-Term Residential Property Manager to join our team. Must be organized, professional, and motivated to service our existing portfolio as well as add on new accounts.
Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills with an emphasis on Fair Housing principals, excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Must be able to communicate clearly with other team members, vendors, tenants, and owners. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in property management software and sales experience is a plus.
Requirements include direct experience in Residential Property Management, an Active Hawaii State Real Estate License, and understanding of current Hawaii Landlord Tenant Code.
Responsibilities
- Sign on new properties into our portfolio
- Oversee daily operations of residential properties, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Manage property leasing processes, including tenant screening and lease agreements.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely responses to maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
- Utilize property management software to track leases, payments, and tenant communications.
