We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team on a part time basis. Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide support as a personal assistant when needed, including handling correspondence and preparing reports.
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately; familiarity with office software is preferred.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
