The Job to be Done

Responsibilities

ColdTech seeks an energetic technician who will join our team as a steward of our customers' refrigeration and hot side equipment. Responsibilities will include:

• Collaboration with Dispatch for on time response to Customer work orders.
• Accurate diagnosis of equipment deficiencies and proactive communication with customers to explain resolution options
• Coordinate parts orders with Dispatch and Service Writers
• Attend all Division meetings
  
  

Required Education, Experience And Credentials

• 2 years of Hot Side/Refrigeration specific experience. Specifically, Fryers, Ovens, Grills, Hot Wells, and other specialty Restuarant/Kitchen equipment.
• Work Authorization Security Clearance
• Employee must have a valid Driver’s License, SS Card or Passport, and be eligible
  
  

Salary Description

Up to $45/hour
