- Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration rack systems
- Work on walk-ins, cases, compressors, condensers, controls, and piping
- Diagnose problems efficiently and fix them right the first time
- Light HVAC work as needed
- Some restaurant hot-side equipment (fryers, ovens, etc.) — we’ll train if needed
- Complete service tickets and document parts/work performed
- Communicate clearly with customers and help them keep systems running
- 4 years of hands-on commercial refrigeration service experience - Grocery, big box, or large commercial sites (Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, or similar)
- Experience with small and large refrigeration systems
- Rack system experience is a must
- CO2 / Glycol systems, microthermal controls, and EMS programming/start-ups a plus
- EPA Type II required
- OSHA 30 preferred (or willing to get it)
- Able to work independently and manage your own calls
- Good attitude, solid troubleshooting skills, and pride in your work
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
