What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)Studio Operations
- Open and close the studio as a key holder
- Keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming
- Manage laundry, restocking, and general upkeep
- Follow food‑handling and sanitation procedures
Member Experience
- Greet members with warmth and genuine care
- Build relationships and help maintain our community‑driven atmosphere
- Answer questions about services, memberships, and wellness offerings
- Support members through their sauna, plunge, and recovery routines
Sales & Service
- Sell memberships and class packages
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions
- Prepare simple food and beverage items (smoothies, sandwiches, coffee)
- Assist with product knowledge and recommendations
Communication & Problem‑Solving
- Make fair, thoughtful decisions when the owner isn’t present
- Handle unexpected situations with calm and good judgment
- Communicate clearly with the owner about needs, issues, or member feedback
