We’re hiring CTOs for our client to help launch and build new B2B health-tech SaaS companies incubated by a leading venture capital firm. Their portfolio companies have already generated $200M in revenue and raised $500M in funding.Join this opportunity at the ground level.Location: Onsite in NYC or the SF Bay Area, or open to relocation.In this opportunity, you will:• Architect and build the core platform for a new B2B health-tech SaaS company from concept through product-market fit• Lead technical strategy, product development, and engineering execution• Build and scale the founding engineering team• Partner closely with the CEO and venture partners to translate vision into a scalable product• Establish the technical foundation required for rapid growth and future fundraisingIdeal profile:• Graduate of a top-30 U.S. university• Background in Big Tech, high-growth startup, or top technical organizations• Strong product instincts and ability to move quickly from idea → prototype → production• Highly driven builder with a startup mindset• Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms or AI-driven products• Either:– Previously founded or co-founded a company and raised $500K – Served as a senior engineering leader at a startup that raised $2M Compensation / structure:• Early salary typically $100K–$150K per year before raising a larger round• Compensation increases following a $3M funding round• Significant equity opportunity as a founding technical leader
