Role Description
This is a Co-Founder role for AI/ML Engineer CTO at CoPatible, with responsibility for leading the technical vision, strategy, and development of our platform. As a key leader, you will oversee the design and implementation of machine learning models for pattern recognition, neural networks, and personalized algorithms that power CoPatible’s curated experience engine. Day-to-day tasks will include building and optimizing scalable architectures, collaborating with product teams to develop innovative features, and ensuring the platform's reliability and security. This is a remote role, with flexibility to work collaboratively across distributed teams.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning concepts such as Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- Deep understanding of Computer Science principles and experience with designing scalable architectures
- Proficiency in Statistics and Algorithms, with the ability to create innovative models for real-world applications
- Proven leadership skills in technology strategy and team management
- Experience with AI implementation in dynamic and interactive platforms preferred
- Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks is a plus
- Startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset strongly desired
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
