Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are regularly inspected and properly sanitized
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate with other departments to support overall facility maintenance and cleanliness
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Respond promptly to resident and staff concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with management to implement and update housekeeping policies and procedures
Qualifications:
