Route Sales Representative – Denver, CO

Cold Front Distribution is a leading frozen foods distributor serving grocery and retail customers across 17 states. We are seeking a motivated Route Sales Representative to join our Denver team.
What We Offer
- $65,000 annual salary
- Retention Bonus:
- $500 after 90 days
- $500 after 6 months
- $1,000 after 1 year
- Monday–Friday schedule (weekends off)
- Company vehicle (Non-CDL), cell phone, uniforms, and annual boot allowance

Responsibilities
- Deliver products to retail accounts
- Build strong customer relationships
- Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent service
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass background check, DOT physical, drug screening, and MVR review
- DSD or retail food experience is a plus, but not required
