- Salary $70,000 - $75,000 DOE
- Overseeing business operations across departments.
- Managing organizational resources and providing strategic operational support to senior management.
- Product knowledge, promotional awareness, product authorization, and rebates.
- Overseeing the onboarding of new and existing customers and vendors from the application process to the transactions of sales. Continuous monitoring of customers to ensure data is up to date.
- Conducts studies of work problems, procedures, and processes to ensure a high level of operational effectiveness.
- Ensures that all sales commissions and fees are processed according to the standard Company policies and procedures.
- There will be some accounting responsibilities such as but not limited to general ledger coding and reclassing, cash collection applications and bank reconciliations.
- Project management experience highly recommended.
- This position requires subject matter expertise and understanding of the infrastructure and systems in use. DSD Manager software a plus!
- Detail orientated
- Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
