Job Summary: | The Project Manager manages data organization, tasks, project work streams and strategic initiatives for the Executive Vice Dean for Research Affairs, Clinical Affairs and Quality (EVD) of the School of Medicine (SOM). Working under the direction and guidance of the EVD and the Assistant Dean of Finance, The Project Manager has responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and reporting on strategic initiatives in clinical affairs, quality and research operations. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration, the Project Manager will develop, refine and execute plans that align institutional priorities and performance metrics in the three main domains. The Project Manager is expected to produce deliverables including reports, strategy briefs and presentations to senior members of the organization in the Dean's Office and the Department of Medicine (DOM). They will be expected to coordinate and lead cross-disciplinary teams and/or committees and in this capacity, develop and define timelines and recommend allocation of resources appropriately.

Work Location: | Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $68,462-$87,084. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
