What are the responsibilities and job description for the Screen Printing Shop Production Support position at Cold Cuts LLC?
Cold Cuts Printing in Hatfield, PA is looking to hire General Production Floor Support. Previous experience is a plus but not required. We are always willing to train the right person. Ink mixing/cleaning experience is a plus but not required. All applicants must be self motivated, emotionally mature, ready to learn, willing to teach, dedicated, responsible, positive, willing to grow within the company, prepared for overtime work/pay, & trustworthy.
ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING!
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Mixing inks.
- Cleaning squeegees & floodbars.
- Assisting press setups.
- Taping/de-taping screens.
- Moving shirt carts around the shop.
- Laying up goods for production
- Helping other departments in need.
- Clean machines & maintenance.
- Keep the production floor clean and organized.
Entry level pay for this position is $15/hr but negotiable based on experience. Our onboarding program reviews new hires after 90 days. Reviews do not guarantee a raise.
All Full-Time employees have 6 paid Holidays.
All Full-Time employees are eligible for medical benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Full-time employees are eligible for PTO on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
