Print Production Assistant - Part Time with Full Time Opportunity
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Print Production Assistant to support our print and apparel production processes. This entry-level role involves assisting with graphic design tasks, operating and monitoring DTF (Direct-to-Film) printers, and helping with shirt pressing, packing, and other related duties. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
Duties
- Assist in entry-level graphic design work to prepare artwork for printing and apparel customization.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot DTF printers to ensure smooth production runs.
- Support in pressing shirts, ensuring proper application of designs and quality control.
- Pack finished products carefully for shipment or storage, maintaining organization and cleanliness in the workspace.
- Help with other production tasks as needed to meet daily workflow requirements.
- Follow safety guidelines and best practices during all stages of production.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, organized manner to promote efficiency and safety.
Experience
- Previous experience is not required; however, familiarity with graphic design software or printing equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of printing or apparel production processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic setting.
