🚀 HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor — Cold Cloud Mechanical (Los Angeles)
💰 Earn $80,000–$120,000 OTE closing warm, incoming leads — no cold calling.
We’re a fast-growing HVAC company based in Glendale, CA, serving Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We’re looking for our first in-home sales closer to handle residential system replacements and installations.
🔧 What You’ll Do
• Run 20–25 pre-qualified appointments per month (we book — you close)
• Present 3-option proposals (Floor / Target / Premium)
• Sell $8,000–$35,000 replacement & install jobs
• Manage pipeline and follow-ups in ServiceTitan
💰 Compensation
• $4,000/month draw (non-recoverable for the first 90 days)
• 8%–15% commission on Gross Profit
• Spiffs: $30–$150 per add-on
• Monthly bonuses: $500–$1,000 (attach rate)
• Realistic earnings: $90,000–$110,000/year
• Top performers: $120,000
