Position Summary

Cold Air Inductions, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and growth-focused Sales and Marketing Representative to drive revenue growth, support customer relationships, and manage key digital sales and marketing functions. This role blends traditional sales and marketing responsibilities with hands-on execution across e-commerce platforms, customer service, and brand representation. The position works closely with internal leadership and external marketing partners to ensure consistent brand presence, operational accuracy, and measurable results.

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Prospect for new leads and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct-to-consumer customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product information.
  • Close sales opportunities and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Represent the Cold Air Inductions brand professionally and positively to the public.

Customer Service & Account Support

  • Manage customer service inquiries including product questions, shipping issues, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Support product knowledge and fitment accuracy across all sales channels.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer issues originating from the website, Amazon, and social media platforms.

E-Commerce & Platform Management

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central, including customer messages, returns, and account health.
  • Support website management activities, including product updates, plugins, hosting coordination, uptime monitoring, backups, and site health.
  • Maintain working knowledge of website infrastructure including domains, hosting, Cloudflare, Shopify, and WordPress fundamentals.
  • Oversee payment systems and checkout functionality (Stripe, Affirm), including troubleshooting and integrations.
  • Manage shipping logic and fulfillment settings, including rates, handling times, and fulfillment-by-merchant (FBM) settings.

Marketing Execution & Brand Support

  • Plan, execute, and support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), including content planning, posting, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate influencer and creator outreach, vetting, and collaboration aligned with brand and target audiences.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns (weekly/monthly), including copywriting and engagement-focused content.
  • Support dealer and distributor marketing efforts, including promotions, MAP awareness, and pricing/description accuracy.

Paid Advertising & Agency Coordination

  • Provide oversight and internal coordination for paid advertising efforts across Google, Meta, Amazon, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners on reporting, performance tracking, and campaign execution.
  • Review performance data and assist with strategy discussions, promotions, and campaign planning.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate records related to sales activity, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist leadership with performance tracking, reporting, and operational insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership, finance, and external partners to support company growth objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or e-commerce (automotive or manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple platforms and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Knowledge Areas

Ideal candidates will have experience or working knowledge in the following areas:

  • Digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads)
  • Website management (Shopify and/or WordPress, hosting, domains, backend basics, Cloudflare)
  • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Social media management, posting, and audience engagement
  • Amazon Seller Central fundamentals
  • Customer service best practices
  • Basic graphic or content editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar)
  • Proficiency and comfort leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,597.55 per year
