- Greet guests upon their arrival and provide information on both Stein and Colchucks.
- Coordinate with host team to ensure availability of seating
- Have a warm, welcoming demeanor that creates the initial feeling of hospitality
- Assist with guest relations by resolving concerns swiftly and courteously, fostering positive experiences that encourage repeat visits.
Experience
- Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant setting is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with customer service excellence.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective guest interactions.
- Background in food service or hospitality roles provides valuable insight into restaurant operations and guest expectations.
