Job description:
Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our small café team. This role is responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages to recipe standards
- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock supplies and assist with light food service as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends
