• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe workspace
• Manage food handling processes, including proper storage, labeling, and perishable goods management
• Assist with food preparation tasks in a retail or kitchen environment, supporting culinary operations
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed

Skills

• Proven experience in food production, meat cutting, fish handling, or culinary roles within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
• Skilled in using meat processing machines, knives, and slicing techniques with precision
• Ability to perform basic math for portioning, weighing, and inventory management
• Experience in retail store environments or restaurant settings is highly desirable
