Job Skills & Requirements:

- Preferred software experience: MS Access, G-Suite or MS Office. Some experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Account Management
- Set the bar for exceptional service
- Develop a specific and unique relationship between CFM and each B2B customer
- Listen purposefully and intently to resellers
- Learn one new aspect about them for each delivery cycle
- Find out their hopes, dreams, fears, hobbies, etc
- Learn their strengths, weaknesses, as well as those of their team
- Learn their market and establish goals in tandem with the reseller
- Find ways to create a singular/signature customer experience on a monthly basis
- Share and promote their marketing initiatives
- Continuous improvement
- Maintain interdepartmental communications and manage team expectations
Accounts Receivable
- Manage accounts receivable through MS Access, ensuring all accounts are paid and up-to-date
- Never more than 1 invoice floating for subsequent order unless
- Manage by Terms - MFI 10, CND, or COD
- A signed payment plan is in effect, but never for more than 1 additional invoice
- Produce and send monthly statements
- Process payments via checks, cash, EFT, and ACH for all payments on accounts accurately
- Analyze and improve workflow processes
Reseller Accounts and Outbound Logistics Management
- Take reseller orders through phone, email, and other messaging options
- Maintain a continuous loop of communication with resellers and delivery drivers to drive growth and success, and ensure order accuracy
- Coordinate with Logistics Coordinator, Delivery Fulfillment Drivers, and Admin team to monitor market trends and customer needs through formal and informal observations and feedback loops with resellers and their customers
- Increase sales through product placement, marketing material distribution, and excellent follow through
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to problem solve heavy and light loads for maximum efficiency with deliveries
- Accurately review and complete as necessary sales invoices and physically verify all outbound orders are correctly pulled
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints, issue credits, and communicate returns to warehouse
- Improve and communicate policies and procedures as needed
Other duties
- Filing and maintaining filing systems
- Assist the Admin Team and Store Manager as needed
- Maintain regular interdepartmental communication and meeting rhythms
- Maintain clear and open communication with the marketing team to facilitate in house projects and provide feedback on B2B marketing wants & needs.
Salary : $45,000 - $53,000
