Production Technician I (2nd shift $25.69/HR)

As a Production Technician, you will perform and support various tasks associated with the manufacturing process of our beverages. *This is a bargaining union position - represented by Local 773, International Brotherhood of Teamsters. The Production Technician is responsible for, but not limited to the following: Perform production activities including equipment setup, filling, labeling, and recordkeeping in accordance with the Coca‑Cola Quality System to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas (e.g., cleaning/sanitizing systems, maintaining conveyors, handling raw material tankers) in compliance with GMP and company standards. Transport raw materials and finished goods within production and warehouse areas using forklifts or other equipment to support manufacturing and shipping. Inspect production, warehouse, and service areas to ensure compliance with safety policies, operating procedures, GMP, and quality standards. Apply and maintain the Coca‑Cola Quality System to meet company product quality requirements. Calculate and document production yields, scrap, material variances, and required statistics accurately. Perform microbiological testing, ingredient receiving, and incoming trailer inspections (Processing/Quality). Communicate with team members to share feedback, resolve issues, and support business results. Identify and report non‑compliant activities and ensure proper documentation and record retention. Education and Qualifications High School Diploma, General Education or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum 1 year light industrial experience desired. Prior production / manufacturing experience a plus. Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
