What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a sales pipeline focused on restoration services: water, fire, mold, and asbestos
- Develop relationships with adjusters, property managers, contractors, and commercial clients
- Generate leads through field activity, networking, and partnerships
- Respond to inbound leads quickly, prepare bids, and close jobs confidently
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings to grow your network
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate service contracts
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and stay on top of all sales activity
- Work hand-in-hand with operations to ensure smooth execution of jobs you sell
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of successful restoration industry sales experience
- A proven track record of closing restoration projects—not just chasing leads
- Established relationships and a strong local network (insurance, commercial, property, etc.)
- Comfortable building quotes, negotiating contracts, and managing client expectations
- Self-driven, organized, and professional with a sharp focus on results
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM or HubSpot experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
