Job Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the overall construction and management of the company's operational system, including process optimization, cross-departmental collaboration, key project advancement, resource coordination, and organizational efficiency improvement. Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management and Process Development
Establish, optimize, and maintain core operational processes, including project processes, communication mechanisms, and collaboration standards.
Drive the digitalization, standardization, and visualization of the operational system.
Continuously monitor key operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive effective solutions.
2. Strategy Implementation and Project Implementation
Develop operational execution paths based on the annual business plan and break them down into actionable projects.
Manage key projects, including resource coordination, goal setting, progress tracking, and delivery review.
Unify cross-departmental information flow to ensure project progress is highly aligned with company strategy.
3. Team Management and Organizational Collaboration
Lead the operations team, clearly defining work mechanisms, responsibilities, and performance requirements.
Promote collaboration among functional departments, improving communication efficiency and transparency.
Organize training and process dissemination to enhance team execution and professional competence.
4. Resource Management and Performance Monitoring
Integrate company operational resources, including human resources, technological tools, and external partners.
Establish an operational indicator system (KPI/OKR) to drive management decisions with data.

5. Risk Management and Continuous Optimization
Identify operational risks and develop effective countermeasures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in operations management, business management, information systems, fintech, or related fields.
10 years of business or operations management experience, with experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
Familiar with business process design, project management, and organizational management systems.
Proficient in project collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, Asana, and Confluence.
Possesses excellent communication, organizational, systematic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure high-quality delivery in a goal-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Fluent English and cross-cultural communication experience are preferred.
