Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing products that meet quality standards and market demands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to support operational requirements.
- Analyze market trends, supply risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement planning to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Resolve supply chain issues, shortages, and supplier-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and communications skills.
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Pay range $60,000-$70,000 annual
