Our main offering is a “Cohort” – a vetted ~8-person group of real estate operators meeting regularly to build their businesses and build relationships with each other. We also have frequent masterclasses and in-person events. Similar companies to us are Hampton, YPO, Vistage, EO.
We’re growing quickly and intend to be the #1 community around the world for real estate private equity folks, with thousands of Members.
You will work regularly in-person with our small team in our New York City office.

Founding Account Executive (Sales/Closer)
You will be our first sales hire, the person responsible for closing the 20-50 inbound, vetted, warm leads we have every month.

About us
We are a private community and peer groups for real estate private equity founders and principals. We’ve raised funding and built our initial sales process and Membership base, and are looking for a cornerstone hire to scale.
The role
You’re our first sales hire. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from first call to closed deal — working directly with the founder.
Right now we get qualified inbound leads for prospective Members, that pass our application and approval process. Your job is to close them to join Membership, and to figure out what a repeatable sales process looks like as you go.
What you’ll do
- Own deals end to end: meet with prospects, show them Cohorts, make sure they are a good fit, close if they are.
- Follow-up, update CRM, be consistent, be helpful, be useful. We do not believe in hard sells or pressure sales, just getting great people into the Community.
- Work the inbound pipeline we already have.
What we’re looking for
- 2 years closing B2B deals in a quota-carrying role.
- You’ve sold at an early-stage startup, or understand how they go.
- Self-starter.
- Clear communicator, fast learner, genuinely curious about how the company works.
Compensation
- Base: $75,000
- Revenue share: $50,000 at target, uncapped commission
- $125,000 total compensation
