Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We're looking for a Community Operations Manager to join our team at Blossom Rock, a growing master-planned community in Apache Junction, Arizona, set against the stunning backdrop of the Superstition Mountains. With resort-style amenities including The Dutch community center, a pool, parks, trails, and gathering spaces, Blossom Rock is designed to bring neighbors together.

In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the community, working closely with the Executive Director to oversee resident services, community governance, vendor relationships, maintenance coordination, and financial operations.

This is an opportunity to help shape a growing community while ensuring its operations run smoothly, residents feel supported, and community assets are thoughtfully maintained.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and balancing operational details with exceptional resident service, we'd love to meet you.
