Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We're looking for a Communications and Engagement Manager to join our team at Regency at Montaine, a 55 active adult community in Castle Rock, Colorado. This is an opportunity to shape the community experience through signature events, resident clubs, volunteer initiatives, lifelong learning, and partnerships that reflect the interests and spirit of Montaine. You'll work closely with residents, community leaders, and local organizations to create experiences that foster belonging and establish traditions residents will carry forward.

If you're someone who loves bringing people together, thinks creatively, and believes the strongest communities are built through collaboration, we'd love to meet you.
