In this role, you'll help preserve the community experience residents value every day by coordinating landscape and facilities operations, supporting vendor partnerships, overseeing community asset maintenance, and helping ensure Eastmark's amenities, parks, and common areas remain beautiful, functional, and well-maintained.

Coordinate Landscape Operations
- Coordinate and monitor landscape maintenance, installation, and enhancement projects throughout the community
- Conduct inspections and respond to landscape-related concerns
- Track tree replacement, irrigation, and landscape improvement initiatives
- Attend regular coordination meetings with landscape partners and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects for community amenities, pools, water features, playgrounds, and common areas
- Assist with facility inventories, maintenance planning, and asset tracking
- Monitor community assets and identify opportunities to improve functionality and appearance
- Support facility inspections and preventative maintenance efforts
- Assist with contractor bidding, proposals, vendor selection, and project administration
- Coordinate vendor activities and monitor project progress
- Track work orders and ensure timely resolution of maintenance concerns
- Verify contractor compliance with insurance and contract requirements
- Prepare reports related to landscape and facilities operations
- Maintain records, databases, project documentation, and electronic filing systems
- Assist with maintenance budgets, contract administration, and expense processing
- Support long-term planning initiatives and community asset management strategies
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns related to landscape and facility operations
- Partner with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support community goals
- Attend occasional evening meetings and community events
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, authentic relationships, meaningful connection, and balance
- Experience in landscape management, facilities operations, construction, property maintenance, community management, or a related field
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and residents
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, facilities operations, or construction processes preferred
- Familiarity with Arizona plant materials, water management, or arboriculture preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems
- Spanish fluency preferred but not required
- This is an onsite position based within the Eastmark community
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Occasional evening meetings, weekend activities, and special projects may be required
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required or ability to obtain upon hire
