What You'll Do
- Support attorneys with case management and document preparation
- Draft, file, and manage legal documents through the Florida e-Filing Portal
- Maintain calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
- Assist with discovery, legal research, and case progression
- Keep accurate client records using Filevine, Microsoft Word, and Excel
What We're Looking For
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Experience in a legal assistant or similar legal support role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Florida e-Filing and Filevine is a plus
- Multi-state litigation experience is a plus
- Must be able to commute to Maitland, FL and pass a background check
