We are seeking a polished, reliable, and client-focused Immigration Intake Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the firm. As the firm’s first point of contact, you will ensure a positive, supportive experience for prospective and current clients while assisting with intake, scheduling, and administrative workflows.Compensation:$20 - $25 hourlyResponsibilities:Client Intake & Lead HandlingAnswer incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and courtesyConduct thorough immigration intake screenings (eligibility, case type, urgency)Manage and follow up with leads through CRM platforms as GoHighLevelMaintain accurate client data and ensure prompt, consistent communicationFront Desk & ReceptionGreet clients warmly upon arrivalProvide intake paperwork and ensure a welcoming environmentScheduling & Administrative SupportManage attorney calendars and schedule consultationsConfirm appointments and send remindersPrepare consultation files and ensure documents are accessibleAssist with internal communication and coordination among team membersDocument & File ManagementScan, upload, and label documents accuratelyMaintain organized physical and digital client filesQualifications:Experience in a legal or professional office setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills.Previous Customer Service or Sales Experience preferredAbility to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds.Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM platforms like GoHighLevel is a plus.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client data and documentation.Experience in scheduling and calendar management, optimizing time for attorneys and clients alike.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskDependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conductAbout CompanyAt Cohen Immigration Law Group, P.C., we don’t just practice immigration law; we transform lives.
