What are the responsibilities and job description for the Law Firm Administrative Assistant position at Cohen and Wolf, P.C.?
Cohen and Wolf, P.C. is hiring an administrative assistant in its Bridgeport office to provide support to the Firm’s executive and administrative functions, including Firm Leadership and Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, and Office Services. This position will require occasional travel to other offices as needed.
The administrative assistant should have an understanding of office administration, project management, and interpersonal communications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain professionalism while handling sensitive information and providing comprehensive administrative support. A successful administrative assistant will be able to easily switch between tasks, manage projects throughout their lifecycle, think critically to solve problems, and communicate effectively with others. The administrative assistant should be able to work independently or as part of a team and be willing to learn on the job. Previous administrative experience, including familiarity with Doodle or other online scheduling tools and setting up and modifying meetings on video platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet, is preferred.
