Workfront Consultant

As a Project Manager specializing in Adobe Workfront you will oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects within the Cards & Payments domain. You will leverage your expertise in Adobe Workfront Project Manager Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront to ensure seamless project management. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project success and contribute to the companys growth.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects using Adobe Workfront tools to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to align with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Provide strategic guidance to project teams ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the Cards & Payments domain.
• Utilize Adobe Workfront Fusion to integrate systems and streamline project workflows.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Qualifications
• Possess extensive experience in Adobe Workfront Project Manager Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in the Cards & Payments domain with a deep understanding of industry practices.
• Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a hybrid work model.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Show proficiency in strategic planning and execution to drive project success.
• Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
• Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for advanced certifications in project management.
