Responsibilities
- Designing and developing custom solutions on the nCino platform to meet business requirements, including configuring and customizing nCino applications
- Developing and maintaining integrations with core banking systems, third-party applications, and other data sources using nCino's APIs.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, including code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to nCino applications and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and UI/UX designers, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide innovative solutions.
- 6-8 yrs of strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and the nCino Bank Operating System.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Experience in configuring and customizing nCino modules (Loan Origination, DocGen, etc.)
- Experience with integrating Salesforce/nCino with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently solve problems and research solutions.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.
