In This Role, You Will Be
- Involved in end-to-end technical delivery for QNXT consulting, implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
- Provide technical support across QNXT Claims, Benefits Configuration, Workflow Engine (WFE), Batch Processing, Interfaces, and Integrations.
- Support root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues impacting claims processing, membership, provider, and benefit operations.
- Assisting with release management, environment governance, technical change management, and production support activities.
- Partnering with client business and IT teams to design scalable solutions that align with operational and strategic objectives.
- Growing in knowledge of QNXT best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
- Acknowledging technical risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements to ensure successful project delivery.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of healthcare payer technology, consulting, implementation, or production support experience.
- 5 years of hands-on QNXT technical experience supporting healthcare payer operations.
- Expertise with QNXT Claims Processing, Benefits Configuration, Workflow Engine (WFE), Batch Processing, and System Integrations.
- Experience supporting HIPAA EDI transactions including 837, 834, 820, and 27X transaction sets.
- SQL and database analysis skills with experience troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Understanding of QNXT Schema, architecture, data structures, and system dependencies.
- Experience working with technical teams and client-facing consulting engagements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- QNXT Conversion, Migration, or Modernization experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale QNXT production environments.
- Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Duals, and ACA Exchange products.
- Experience with healthcare payer operations including Claims, Membership, Benefits, and Provider Management.
- Familiarity with release management, DevOps practices, and cloud-hosted environments.
- Experience leading offshore and distributed delivery teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
