The annual salary for this position is between $95,000/Year to $125,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Design and develop scalable learning management systems using platforms like iLearn Adobe LMS and Absorb LMS to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Veeva Vault for Learning and Seismic into existing systems enhancing user experience.
- Provide technical expertise in Docebo and Degreed to optimize learning pathways and improve educational outcomes.
- Implement Cornerstone On Demand LMS solutions to streamline learning processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee the deployment of ITIL frameworks to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Ensure all learning systems adhere to ComplianceWire standards maintaining high levels of data security and integrity.
- Utilize SuccessFactors
- Learning to create personalized learning experiences that cater to diverse user needs.
- Manage Sum Total and Moodle platforms to deliver comprehensive training programs efficiently.
- Support Saba systems to facilitate seamless learning experiences across the organization.
- Collaborate with merchandising and finance teams to align learning solutions with business objectives.
- Analyze user feedback to continuously improve learning systems and ensure they meet evolving organizational requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for all LMS platforms to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in LMS technology to recommend innovative solutions that enhance learning experiences.
- Possess extensive experience in iLearn Adobe LMS Absorb LMS and Veeva Vault for Learning.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Seismic Docebo Degreed and Cornerstone On Demand LMS.
- Have a strong understanding of ITIL and ComplianceWire standards.
- Experience with SuccessFactors
- Learning Sum Total Moodle and Saba is essential.
- Domain knowledge in Merchandising Finance and Accounting is highly desirable.
