Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Network Architecture & Design: Create scalable network architecture (LAN/WAN/WiFi), conduct RF planning, site surveys, and define infrastructure requirements.
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Support: Lead resolution of complex L2/L3 network issues, perform RCA, and guide incident response during P1/P2 events.
- Network Optimization: Monitor and tune network performance, capacity, and reliability to ensure seamless operations.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce network security standards, respond to security incidents, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Configuration & Change Management: Maintain network configurations, support patching and upgrades, and ensure minimal disruption during changes.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain SOPs, network documentation, and provide training for operations teams.
- Strong experience with enterprise network hardware (Cisco Aruba/HPE etc.)
- Expert knowledge of wireless protocols RF principles routing switching and network security
- Proficiency with monitoring troubleshooting and automation tools
- Excellent problem solving communication and cross team collaboration skills
- Relevant certifications (CCIE Wireless CCNA/CCNP CWNA/CWSP) preferred
- Migration of virtual servers from legacy platforms to Nutanix AHV. Must have experience working in a Manufacturing Plant Environment or working on a datacenter environment
