Senior Manager Test Automation

Location: West Chester, PA

Required Qualifications

• Senior Test Manager with 15 years of experience.
• Looking for an automation test manager whose skill set should include, regression testing of the Configured fiber and cable devices in the access network for lab readiness.
• Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are being met.
  
  

Roles/Responsibilities

• Looking for an automation test manager whose skill set should include, regression testing of the Configured fiber and cable devices in the access network for lab readiness.
• Set up of Wi-Fi and DOCIS features for customers in the Xfinity application and perform UI validations.
• Participate in planning sessions, grooming activities, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Communicate with customer and team to gather requirements, plan tests, and deliver results.
• Maintain the lab set-up and develop a comprehensive test strategy addressing potential risks and aligning with customer expectations.
• Conduct compatibility tests across different device configurations to ensure seamless user experiences on multiple platforms.
• Optimize test cycles and plans.
• Need to play a crucial role in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between development and testing efforts with customer goals.
• Leverage automation tools to improve testing efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enable faster feedback loops.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives resulting in enhanced team productivity and streamlined workflows.
