Senior Full Stack Developer with React (Onsite) We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with React and 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React Python (Flask/Django) and React JS. This role involves working in a hybrid model with occasional travel. Location: San Ramon - CA USA, COG, California (Hybrid) Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Responsibilities +7 years of experience of develop and maintain web applications using React Python (Flask/Django) and React JS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality organization and automation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. Implement security and data protection measures. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Communicate effectively with team members and collaborators. Qualifications Possess good experience in React Python (Flask/Django) and React JS. Demonstrate expertise in developing and maintaining web applications. Have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development. Show proficiency in debugging and optimizing code. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills. Have experience in code reviews and providing feedback. Be knowledgeable about security and data protection. Display good communication skills in English. Have experience in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain (nice to have). Be able to work in a hybrid model with occasional travel. Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Be a great teammate with a collaborative attitude. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Certifications Required Certified Full Stack Developer Python Certification React Certification. Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $97,000 to $114,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
