Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $67,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

In This Role, You Will
- Enable 1-3 agile delivery teams to improve delivery flow & self-organize.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments by monitoring signals and clearing roadblocks
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies by working w/partner teams, ensuring timely mitigation and being absolutely transparent.
- Active membership in scrum master community by attending and participating in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, & various CoP’s.
- Foster strong collaboration and communication across functions.
- Drive Continuous Improvement by using metrics, retrospectives, experimentation, etc.
- Guide teams in adopting transformative AI Augmented Delivery Process while reinforcing safe and effective usage.
