In This Role, You Will
Lead the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP CRM solutions to improve customer relationship management processes.
Provide subject‑matter expertise in SAP CRM fundamentals, including service, marketing, and interaction center.
Oversee and support the integration of Generative AI technologies to enhance customer engagement, service delivery, and insights.
Manage the configuration and customization of SAP CRM service modules to meet evolving business needs.
Partner with marketing teams to leverage SAP CRM marketing tools for targeted campaigns and actionable customer insights.
Drive adoption and optimization of the SAP CRM Interaction Center to improve customer communication and support efficiency.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with existing enterprise systems.
Support design and release management activities, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality CRM solutions.
Monitor CRM performance metrics, identify gaps, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards across all CRM initiatives.
