In This Role, You Will
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Write and execute SQL queries (simple to medium complexity) to validate data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand enterprise tech stacks and build scalable automation solutions.
- Design, enhance, and implement automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Analyze and troubleshoot automation test failures, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- 8–10 years of experience in a test automation development role using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to optimize automation frameworks for reliability and performance.
- Experience troubleshooting complex test automation issues across distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non technical teams.
- Prior experience contributing to code reviews or improving testability within development teams.

Salary And Other Compensation
- Applications will be accepted until 02/15/2026.
- The annual salary for this position is between [$71,100/- to $112,500/-] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
