In This Role, You Will
- Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript
- Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions to improve test coverage and efficiency
- Write and execute simple to medium SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity
- Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot automated test failures, identifying root causes and recommending solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand enterprise technology stacks and testing requirements
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and testability
- Continuously improve automation tools, processes, and best practices to enhance overall testing effectiveness

What you need to have to be considered
- 5–7 years of experience in a test automation development role using Playwright and TypeScript
- Strong experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for enterprise applications
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and integrity checks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced team environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
These will help you stand out
- Experience using GitHub Copilot within Visual Studio Code
- Understanding of prompt and context engineering concepts
- Exposure to multiple AI interaction modes such as plan, agent, and ask
- Experience optimizing test automation strategies for large scale enterprise platforms
