The annual salary for this position is between $88,000 – $ 115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Roles & Responsibilities (Updated & Generic)
Cloud Architecture & Engineering Leadership
- Lead the design and development of cloud-native, scalable solutions across GCP and AWS.
- Architect enterprise platforms using microservices, container orchestration, API frameworks, and event-driven design.
- Guide engineering teams in implementing DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability improvements.
- Build and deliver Generative AI solutions, including RAG-based frameworks for real-time insights and personalization.
- Lead development of large-scale data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, Python, Scala, and cloud-native data services.
- Drive adoption of Vertex AI, LLMs, and modern analytics tools to support business intelligence and automation.
- Manage end-to-end engineering programs including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with product, business, and GTM teams to convert requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead modernization of legacy systems into cloud-based, automated, API-first architectures.
- Implement improvements for transaction workflows, partner integrations, and operational processes.
- Oversee production stability, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
